Our products can be ordered online using PayPal (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or
print/download our order form to order by mail if you'd like to pay by personal check or money order.
There is no minimum order required.

All orders are shipped via U.S. Mail. International order are special and don't apply following rates. Please email us if you want international order. Most orders will ship within 5 business days after receipt of payment.

Personally Yours guarantees to do whatever it takes to satisfy your shopping needs.
If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will refund 100% of your purchase price
less a 25% restocking fee (*shipping and handling fees will not be refunded or calculated
for returned items).
Shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. All returns
must be sent freight prepaid by the customer within 10 days from the original delivery date
after obtaining an RMA number (see below).
Collect shipments cannot be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in its original, marketable
condition when received. Personally Yours is not responsible for lost or returned shipments and
recommends that returned items be shipped via a carrier with the ability to track in transit.
Prior to returning merchandise, customers are required to obtain an RMA number from Personally
Yours. This number may be obtained by sending an e-mail to Personally Yours prior to the 10th day
of original delivery. Credits to customer accounts will be applied upon receipt of returned
merchandise still in its original, marketable condition when received at Personally Yours
with a previously obtained RMA number. Products damaged due to the negligence of the customer
will not be refunded.
